Northern California has been our home for many years. Over time, we've come to understand that there are many small businesses in California's North State that need simple HR solutions but do not have the need for a full-time HR professional. We offer a cost effective solution to address your businesses specific needs.

About Us
We are Human Resources professionals with over 20 years of experience working in the manufacturing and medical fields.
For businesses, we focus on helping employers evaluate their needs to protect themselves from legal exposure. Setting clear expectations for employees and leveraging sound HR processes help ensure you can protect yourself and your business from legal exposure. We can assist with written policy, processes (such as reasonable accommodations), best practices, and more. Additionally, we can conduct company investigations utilizing the NITA Funnel Technique. We can investigate a wide range of issues related to the operations of your company including labor law violations, employee misconduct, harassment and/or discrimination, or any other illegal activity that could impact your bottom line.

For individual job seekers, we have an absolute passion for helping you succeed at landing your next career.
